From the Balcony

Allow me to go back in time to share you this picture. I was supposed to share a picture from my summer vacation, but then the next topic didn’t have any sky pictures, so I flipped through my other files and found this.

This picture was taken by the balcony of SM City, a shopping mall in Baguio City. Because of the fairly cool weather, this floor didn’t need any airconditioning at all! Most shoppers love lounging in the balcony, and it’s pretty obvious why, right? Because not only was cool natural air very refreshing especially if you walked up the hill to get to the mall, the view was magnificent as well!

This mountain is partly on the left, and if you would check the view to your right, you would see the Baguio Cathedral. I am not really fond of this place (the mall) for personal reasons I don’t have to blurt out, but if this one boosted the tourism in the city, why not? =) Anyway, the open ground below is where entertainers perform. Whenever there are celebrities doing mall shows, this is where they will perform, so that the viewers won’t clog up inside the mall.

Hey, it’s weekend again, woohoo! I just found out from brother that the Yummy Magazine event will be tomorrow and not last Saturday. What a relief! If you’re near Salcedo Village weekend market in Makati City, see you tomorrow!

That cloud coming over the mountain reminds me of getting caught in a tremendous thunder storm while hiking in the mountains of Oregon. One little puffy cloud turned into a monster in minutes. I have been a sky watcher ever since.
