Place: San Juan Surf Site (San Juan, La Union)
Date: 26 May 2008

I actually posted pictures from the San Juan surf site the other day, but I still have some wonderful shots of the sky, so allow me to share those pictures here.

There’s something so magnificent about sunset that I just love! I loved how everything turns orange — especially when the sun was just about to set! I rarely get to see my whole surroundings turn in another color, so while we were there, really savored the moment! Too bad we had to leave just when the skies turned indigo because rain started falling and that we still have to commute back home. But of course, we will be back here again soon.

I think this is going to be the best Sky Watch Friday yet. The things I have seen are very encouraging and the photography is spot on.

Hello Jenn, where were these photos taken? What lovely hues and I am just crazy about the clouds. P.S. Don’t wait for someone to give you real flowers. Go and buy or some for you. A young lady should have flowers regardless of who gives them.

It is well known that we Portuguese once sailed the seven seas searching for new lands, wealth and adventures.

I agree, it is almost magical. Each one its own. Hard to imagine, each one being so distinct. Once it has past, it is gone. Glad you took time to enjoy that one.
