Power Recovery Technology on Durability Test of Hydraulic Cylinder with High Pressure and High Speed

The problem of large power consumption by overflow valve in the means of durability test of hydraulic cylinder through cylinder opposite jacking for loading given in GB/T 15622—2005,the means of test on hydraulic cylinder,is pointed out.Power recovery technology on durability test of hydraulic cylinder by means of connecting the loading cylinder's output and the testing cylinder's input with oil pipe is researched.The testing condition and the range of application of the technology are analyzed.Its limitation is pointed out.Based on secondary controlled system by means of hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump,power recovery technology on durability test of hydraulic cylinder is put forward.It does not limit the relation between the work area of the loading cylinder's loading chamber and the one of the testing cylinder's driving chamber.It has advantages such as its adaptability to all test conditions and its high efficiency of power recovery.
