Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Metering-out Speed Control System with Flow Control Valve

The mathematic models were built by using load as input and pressures of hydraulic cylinder chambers as output in the metering-out speed control system with flow control valve,and this system would be simplified as a stable second-order system,and the changing rules of overshoot were obtained.Using pressure sensors to measure the pressures of hydraulic cylinder chambers by test,the test results consisted with theoretical analysis.
