Finance is the core of economy,in order to realize economic sustainable development,we must ensure the sustainable development of finance.knowledge economy demands the sustainable development of bank industry.The text analyses the relation of sustainable development between knowledge economy and Commercical bank,and investigates the connotation of the sustainable development of commerical bank from the field of vision of knowledge economy,and puts forward commercial bank sustainable development strategic tactic of the era of knowledge economy.
