As the policy advocates, decision participants, service providers, and the intermediary, Hong Kong social workers involved in the demolition of the whole process. Compared with the mainland, social service system in Hong Kong is relatively complete in the field. As the executor and the service provider, the social workers in the mainland involved in the demolition work in the implementation stage. They are less likely to participate in decision making and policy advocacy. Based on construction of DK action research model theory, the practice model on social workers intervening in the demolition include the working system, intervention period, the core task and the identity path. The model is to make the social forces be embedded into the now work pattern. Social work is an important representative of social forces.
