THE THIRD DISCUSSION ON MANUFACTURING OFFSHORE PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT IN CHINA

This paper shows the achievement of china's offshore petroleum industry,contrasts the development level of china's offshore petroleum industry technology with that of the warld's,finds out the technology gap, and makes suggestions on the development of china's offshore petroleum industry and manufacturing equipment.
