Many cities face transition after high speed development.Future development highlights comprehensive and coordinated economic,social,cultural,and ecological visions.Traditional planning paradigm does not match new development.Shaoxing Keqiao master plan puts forward "sewing" concept,centers on spatial,functional,cultural,and contextual reorganization,and studies general spatial order and concrete planned items to provide reference for other cities.
